Revenue Participation & Equity Pathway
Our Commitment to Founding Partners
EskoDSK believes the people who help create value should share in the success they help build.
The Founding Partners Program is designed to create a transparent contribution-based partnership model where developers, innovators, and future contributors can participate in the growth of EskoDSK.
Rather than traditional unpaid contribution models, EskoDSK provides Founding Partners with opportunities to earn revenue participation based on the products they help create, customers they help bring in, and long-term value they contribute to the company.
Product Development Revenue Participation
Each EskoDSK project will have a designated lead development partner who collaborates directly with the company to build and improve the product.
For each project:
- One primary developer will be assigned as the official development partner for that project.
- The developer will receive 15% of the initial revenue generated from that project.
- This participation is tied directly to the developer's collaboration and contribution to that specific product.
Initial revenue participation is designed to reward the individual responsible for helping transform an idea into a working solution.
Customer Referral Participation
Founding Partners who directly introduce new customers to EskoDSK will receive referral compensation.
For customers directly brought in by a Founding Partner:
- The partner will receive 10% of the initial revenue generated from that customer relationship.
A direct referral must be a customer relationship that was initiated through the Founding Partner's efforts and results in a successful business agreement.
Long-Term Revenue Participation
EskoDSK recognizes that successful products can continue generating value beyond their initial launch.
For projects that a Founding Partner directly contributes to:
- The developer will receive 15% of qualifying revenue generated from that project for a period of two years following the initial revenue generation period.
This structure allows Founding Partners to continue benefiting from the long-term success of products they helped create while allowing EskoDSK to reinvest in future development and growth.
Founding Partner Equity Pathway
In addition to revenue participation, EskoDSK is establishing a long-term equity pathway for exceptional Founding Partners who demonstrate sustained commitment and meaningful impact.
Equity is intended to reward individuals who contribute beyond a single project and help shape the long-term success of the company.
Equity consideration will be based on factors including:
- Length of involvement
- Consistency of contribution
- Leadership and ownership mentality
- Technical or strategic impact
- Role in company growth
- Long-term commitment to EskoDSK
Equity will be earned gradually over time through contribution milestones and continued involvement.
Founding Partner Equity Pool
EskoDSK plans to establish a dedicated equity pool reserved for early contributors who help build the company.
The equity pool will have a defined maximum allocation to ensure responsible company growth while allowing meaningful ownership opportunities for key contributors.
Individual equity awards will be based on contribution level and will have defined limits to maintain a balanced ownership structure.
Equity opportunities are intended for Founding Partners who become long-term contributors and demonstrate significant value to the growth of EskoDSK.
Partnership Philosophy
EskoDSK is not looking for temporary workers. We are looking for individuals who want to contribute to building something with long-term potential.
Founding Partners will have the opportunity to:
- Build real products used by businesses
- Gain startup experience
- Participate financially in the success they help create
- Grow alongside an emerging technology company
- Potentially earn ownership through long-term contribution
The goal is simple: when EskoDSK succeeds, the people who helped create that success should have the opportunity to benefit from it.
